Visualization Analyst, you will be pivotal in driving our sales
strategy and operational efficiency. You will develop, manage, and
analyze SoftwareOne's data assets for use in crucial
decision-making and growth initiatives. You'll work closely with
cross-departmental teams to ensure the overall success of our sales
operations using BI tools. Data & Visualization Analyst, North
America Sales Analytics, is a member of the Revenue Intelligence
team and reports to the Director, Revenue Intelligence. Roles and
Responsibilities What you'll do (including, but not limited to):
Design, develop, and manage data visualizations and dashboards that
lead to increased quality, pipeline, and revenue. Manage the data
flow of sales operations-related information to drive scalable
reporting and dashboarding. Ensure a high level of accuracy and
quality in reports and dashboards. Collaborate with stakeholders to
develop ad-hoc sales reports and dashboards to effectively
communicate trends, patterns, root causes, and predictions in a
visually appealing manner. Provide end-user dashboard
documentation, training, and support for improved adoption and
self-service. Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure effective
and efficient data model creation and delivery. Automate existing
manual data sources, reports, and processes. Establish and document
visualization technical standards Focus on continuous improvement,
reducing manual efforts by automating processes and leveraging team
capabilities. Additional information: This role is 100% remote. The
preferred location for this role is Milwaukee, WI. However, work
locations of San Francisco, CA; Nashville, TN; Chicago, IL and New
York, NY may also be considered. Up to 10% domestic travel may be

you What you'll bring At least 3+ years of experience in a
data/analytics role. Highly proficient in data exploration,
visualization, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong proficiency in writing and reviewing DAX code. 2+ years of
experience with MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.).
Experience with writeback extensions for PowerBI (e.g., PowerOn).
Highly proficient in writing SQL and/or Python working with complex
datasets. Familiarity working with Databricks and Azure SQL Server
is a plus. Familiarity with data structures, data integration and
ETL/reverse ETL processes, including Fivetran, Census, or Improvado
tools. Understanding of statistics concepts (correlation,
regression, etc.). Strong analytical mindset and a passion for data
analysis and discovery. Must be extremely detail-oriented,
self-motivated, highly organized, resourceful, and reliable.
Analytical rigor and detail orientation to ensure accuracy and
credibility of insights. Experience with revision control software,
such as GitHub. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business,
Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
