Job Description:
Job Description Job Title: Accounting Clerk Location: New
Berlin, WI Duration: 6 months $18.50/hr. This role would be
answering customer emails helping with monthly reconciliations
following up with unpaid items and coordinating with local contacts
and other projects as assigned. Limited customer interaction
however this positoin would work with internal team. Assist with
service order research between multiple technology systems. Follow
up on unpaid items and coordinate with the local team to get work
order numbers. Respond to customer inquiries via email. Help
monthly reconciliation of invoices. Monthly statements generate
print stuff and meter mail. Process cancellations and adjust
balances as necessary. Assist with accounting projects as assigned.
Overflow support for accounting team as needed. Other duties as
assigned
