Responsibilities include financial statement preparation, reporting, and financial analysis, credit & collections, budget management, forecasting, and expense approvals. Prepare annual budget plans for the divisions and ensure that such plans adhere to divisional strategic directives, regulatory guidelines, and industry practices. Coordinate all financial activities within the division.This seat reports to: OmniChannel General ManagerMore specifics about what this seat does:Responsible for accurate and timely financial statements and related financial presentations of the division.Oversee month-end reconciliation and account closing processes.Build productive working relationships with key stakeholders to understand business operations and the financial information needs of end users.Through financial analysis provide input into key business strategies and decisions.Ensure transactions made are in accordance with both Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal company policies.Manages monthly forecast on budget performance for the operation and corporation and report significant issues to management.Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts. Prepare analysis of budgets and cash flows as needed.Oversee the accounting operations of the division, especially control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures.Evaluate potential capital expenditures through ROIs and in support of the consolidated company strategic financial plan.Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of division operations.Provide training and mentoring to staff as applicable.Analyze divisional slow-moving inventory and inventory reserves, and inventory balances.Oversight of divisional accounts receivable outstanding, credit, and collections.We need this seat to have:BS in Accounting or Finance.Accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA or CA), or an equivalent combination of related experience and educationMinimum 5 years accounting experience in a senior accounting or financial management roleExcellent oral and written communication skillsGood leadership skillsAttention to detailMust be computer literateDemonstrated ability to work effectively in teamsThere are so many benefits to being a part of the Regal Ware Team!
