currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join the dedicated team
in our Saukville, WI facility. The Accounting Manager is primarily
responsible for the accounting/finance operations, database
management, and facilities management responsibilities for the
company.Essential ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the daily
accounting/bookkeeping functions of the business; works closely
with Aerzen USA Corp. headquarters to provide accurate transactions
and follows processes.Generates orders for operating expenses and
ensures that vendor invoices are reviewed and paid in a timely
manner.Communicate directly with customers to send outstanding
invoices, credit memos, account statements and collection
notices.Maintain records of customer interactions within ERP system
to track progress on collection efforts and for future reference in
credit decisions.Interact directly with vendors to identify root
causes of problems impacting payment of vendor invoices, and work
with internal stakeholders to resolve those problems in a timely
manner.Complete month-end close reconciliations and required
monthly reporting for consolidation process.Creates and maintains
vendors and customers in ERP system.Ensures that proper Insurance
Certificates and Tax Exemption Certificates are obtained for each
customer.Maintains customer and vendor files electronically.
Ensures that proper reports and documentation are included in the
job folders prior to closing out orders.Coordinates all facility
needs for Saukville, WI location, including but not limited to:
office supplies, shop supplies, breakroom supplies.Identify areas
for continuous improvements in departmental functions; assist in
the implementation of process improvements.Responsible for
timecards, expense reports, PTO, and other approvals.Other duties
as assigned.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business,
Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience in Accounting or
FinanceExperience: 5 to 7 years of business administrative support
experience; 2 to 3 years of office accounting/bookkeeping
experience; 3 to 5 years of related customer support
experienceComputer Skills: Windows, Microsoft Office, Quoting
Software; Salesforce & Navision experience is highly
desirable.Other Skills: Excellent Communication Skills Excellent
Interpersonal, Negotiation and Analytical Skills Strong
Organizational Skills
