Job Description:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Controller in Menomonee
Falls, Wisconsin (WI).
Summary:
The Controller is responsible for and leads all aspects of the
finance, HR, and IT functions of the organization. This position
acts as a strategic business partner supporting all areas relating
to financial reporting and daily accounting operations. You are
responsible for monthly and annual financial plans, implementing
and upholding financial policies and procedures to ensure a proper
control environment and compliance with US GAAP, cost accounting
oversight and management, financial reporting, and analysis. A
Controller will also work on year-end tax return support,
budgeting, and forecasting, driving process improvements and
efficiencies, and cash management. The Controller will be a part of
the Executive Team, which oversees setting corporate direction and
overall company success.
