That's where you come in.The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a unique three-year rotational program for entry-level professionals, designed to offer participants the opportunity to apply finance and accounting skills in various business areas. In addition, participants receive performance coaching, technical skill enhancement, and leadership development from experienced professionals. The FLDP strives to match the background, skills and interests of participants with current organizationalneeds.
FLDPparticipants are expected to complete three one-year rotations across a variety of the followingareas:

  • FinancialPlanning and Analysis (Software & Control Business Units, Intelligent Devices Business Units, Lifecycle Services Business Units, orCorporate)
  • Accounting(Controllership/InternalAudit)Participantsperform in a full-time professional staff position in each rotational assignment. This structure is designed to provide participants with diversified exposure to the corporate and business structure of Rockwell Automation. Additionally, participants are encouraged to participate in and lead cross-functional projects, promoting high levels of responsibility, accountability and visibility within the organization. Participants in the FLDP assume immediate responsibility for critical functions and are identified as potential leaders of change within theorganization.The three-year rotation program includes assignments at Rockwell Automation facilities in Milwaukee, WI. Some rotations require up to 25% travel.CRITICAL CAPABILITIES:

    • Potential25% travel requiredBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
      • Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
      • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
