• CPA Exam Expense ReimbursementsJob DetailsOur company is seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Tax Manager (Hybrid) to join our team in the Finance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of tax compliance and planning for our organization. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in tax management.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
  • Manage all aspects of tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns.
  • Conduct research and analysis of tax issues and provide guidance to management on tax-related matters.
  • Work with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure the accuracy and completeness of tax-related financial statements and disclosures.
  • Provide guidance and support to other departments within the organization on tax-related matters, including accounting, finance, and legal.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate any potential impacts to the organization.
  • Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
    • CPA certification required.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax management required.
    • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
    • Experience managing a team of tax professionals preferred.
