As an Audit Manager, you will lead a team of auditors and serve as a coach and mentor, guiding them in their careers and departmental goals. You will also be responsible for project management of internal audit projects, maintaining strong relationships with senior personnel across FIS, and ensuring audit quality and value. Additionally, you will develop and maintain relationships within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Internal Audit.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead, mentor, and coach audit staff
• Manage multiple audit projects and ensure timely completion with a focus on quality
• Establish project plans and milestones
• Communicate audit findings to management
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Represent the audit function effectively in communications with regulatory agencies and clients
  What You Bring:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or technology
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or CFE
  • Minimum of six years of relevant experience, preferably in a Fortune 500 or professional services firm
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong audit, business, and technology acumen
  • Ability to manage teams and handle competing priorities
