Partner is responsible for leading strategic, full-cycle
recruitment for corporate positions with a strong focus on
corporate & sales. This role partners directly with senior
leadership to develop tailored hiring strategies, drive proactive
sourcing efforts, and deliver top-tier talent aligned with business
objectives. Utilizing platforms such as iCIMS ATS, CXM, and
LinkedIn Recruiter, this position plays a pivotal role in shaping
the talent pipeline and ensuring an exceptional candidate and
stakeholder experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Hiring Partnership--- Consult with senior leadership
to scope, prioritize, and align hiring needs with organizational
goals--- Lead intake sessions and deliver strategic guidance on
candidate profiles, compensation, and market competitiveness---
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights
on hiring trends, talent availability, and succession planning
- High-Level Full-Cycle Recruitment--- Manage the complete
recruitment process for entry and mid-level roles across all
corporate functions, with an emphasis on corporate & sales.---
Utilize iCIMS ATS and CXM to manage requisitions, talent pipelines,
and candidate communication--- Actively source and engage
high-caliber, passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other
sourcing tools--- Lead structured interview processes, including
panel coordination and stakeholder debriefs
- Stakeholder & Candidate Experience--- Provide white-glove
service to internal stakeholders and candidates throughout the
recruitment process--- Coach hiring teams on inclusive, effective
interview practices and candidate assessment strategies--- Ensure a
confidential, personalized, and brand-aligned experience for all
executive-level candidates
- Reporting, Optimization & Special Projects--- Track and report
on executive hiring metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline
quality, and diversity benchmarks--- Maintain accurate
documentation and data integrity within iCIMS & Excel--- Identify
opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and elevate best
practices--- Contribute to strategic projects including employer
branding, talent mapping, and succession
planningQualifications
- Expertise in executive sourcing, candidate engagement, and
stakeholder relationship management
- Advanced experience with iCIMS ATS, CXM, and LinkedIn
Recruiter
- Exceptional communication, influence, and organizational
skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage high-volume
recruiting initiativesEducation and ExperienceRequired:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related
field
- 3+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle
recruitmentPreferred:
- Experience hiring across departments such as Sales, IT,
Construction, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and HR.Work

position is $70,000-$90,000 annually. Please note that the pay
range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the
time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors
including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and
