As a Credit Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assessing the creditworthiness of clients and preparing financial reports. This position is pivotal in helping Midlands Bank manage risks and make informed lending decisions, supporting our mission to drive financial security and growth for both our customers and our organization. Evaluate customer financial statements and credit data to determine the risk involved in lending money to them. Prepare reports detailing risk assessment findings and presenting these to senior management. Stay informed of changes in credit regulations and legislation. Monitor corporate portfolio asset quality on an ongoing basis. Develop and maintain a system for managing financial risk. Collaborate with other departmental teams to share analysis insights and strategize on balanced risk management. Strong analytical and quantitative skills Proficiency in statistical analysis software and Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage and process large amounts of data High attention to detail Knowledge of financial software applications Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - preferable
