The Tax Senior will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of tax clients, providing expert advice on tax-related matters, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills in taxation who is looking to advance their career in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients. Research tax issues and provide recommendations for compliance and optimization. Assist in the development of tax strategies for clients to minimize tax liabilities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations. Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Supervise and mentor junior staff members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite. CPA certification is a plus but not required. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
