Angott Search Group is partnering with a well-established Wisconsin-based credit union to identify a relationship-driven Commercial Loan Officer to join their growing lending team. This role is ideal for a motivated commercial lender who enjoys developing new business, building strong client relationships, and supporting the financial success of local businesses and communities. The Commercial Loan Officer will be responsible for developing and managing commercial lending relationships, including underwriting, structuring, and closing commercial loans while maintaining strong credit quality. This individual will work closely with business owners to provide tailored financing solutions that support growth and long-term partnerships. Qualifications 5 years of commercial lending experience Strong knowledge of commercial credit analysis and underwriting Proven ability to develop new business and build long-term client relationships Experience with commercial real estate and C&I lending preferred Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
