Office Coordinator - On-Site in Stevens Point, WI - $22-24/hour, Full Time, Temp to Hire Are you an experienced administrative professional looking for a reputable, community-minded company to call home? This Office Coordinator opportunity in Stevens Point could be for you! Will work to maintain office and company organization in an extremely fast paced environment where you will wear many hats! Job duties include: - Providing exceptional customer service when greeting clients, answering phones and handling email & written communications - Working with filing system - Reviewing and approving supply requests - Scheduling and coordinating jobs & estimates and creating an on-call job schedule - Following up with clients to ensure work was completed satisfactorily - Assisting management with project management coordination (ex. working with insurance adjusters, vendors, customers, etc.) - Other duties as assigned, including potential for performing estimates, cleaning, inventory, and preparing for jobs This is a temporary to hire opportunity, working first shift hours Monday-Friday. Pay is $22-24/hour, based on experience.
