Positions with an "FTE" of .5 - .799 are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical, dental and vision benefitsShift: Shift 1Summary:Leads team that develops marketing strategies for enterprise-wide growth of key service lines, programs, and initiatives in alignment with the organization's strategic priorities and goals. Serves as a strategic advisor/trusted leader and builds relationships with service line clients as appropriate.Responsibilities:Six to eight years of related experience, including at least two years of team leadership, with three or more years proven track record of team leadership preferred. Health care experience preferred.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, journalism or comparable field of study required.Demonstrates strong leadership skills designed to inspire and influence. Track record of serving as a strategic advisor/trusted leader with clients and of building relationships with internal peers to foster alignment of work. Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills required. Shows progressive experience of leveraging marketing best practices on behalf of clients. Knowledge of and experience in using process improvement tools to foster prioritized, efficient outputs from team.
