Here is what we are looking for:
The Sr. Manager of Performance Marketing will lead the strategy, optimization, and management of Brady's digital marketing and paid media channels. The ideal candidate is data driven and strategic, creative and analytical, a team builder and a team player; enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get hands on to drive great outcomes quickly and effectively. This associate will lead a team of digital specialists to maximize revenue growth from customer acquisition and retention tactics.
What you will be doing:

  • Identify, create and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, email, display, programmatic and amazon advertising
  • Manage and lead a team of high-performing digital marketers in a Player-Coach style of role
  • Own multi-million dollar digital budget and revenue forecasting to accurately set expectations and exceed plans
  • Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, drive sales conversion, CAC, LTV and other KPIs
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Partner with sales to build revenue driving account based marketing, marketing automation and CRM programs
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing analytics reporting, tracking, and drive for insights to maximize conversion and site ROI and to inform key decisions
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    Minimum Requirements:
    • 5+ years of proven experience leveraging digital marketing to drive revenue growth
    • 3+ years experience owning and defending performance for at least one core marketing channel (i.e., PPC, email, organic search or other)
    • Previous experience managing, motivating and developing a high-performing team
    • Experience leading and managing organic search, paid search, email and display advertising campaigns
    • Successful history of managing digital advertising spend to drive demand generation
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Worked with multiple data sources to develop a strategy, translate that strategy into tactics and tests and work cross-functionally to execute
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing to understand incrementality
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics and MarTech tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, BigQuery etc.)
    • Data driven and action-oriented growth marketer with strong analytical skills
    • Strong understanding of ecommerce analytics and metrics
    • Bachelor degree in communications, marketing/business or related degree

      • Bonus points for experience with complex attribution modeling and SQL
