rally the team to raise the bar.About This Role:We're hiring a
Senior Product Marketing Leader to drive the marketing and
commercialization of Novir's next phase of health screening
solutions. This role will use our learnings from our first several
enterprise customers to create reusable marketing asset libraries
and playbooks that help us expand our business into new enterprises
and employee populations with increasing efficiency and success.
This role is part strategy, part visionary, and part designer,
bringing ideas to life.This role is a key leadership position for
Novir with high visibility both internally and externally.What
You'll Do:
- Define Novir's B-to-B go-to-market strategy by synthesizing
input from customers, partners, executives, engineering and
sales
- Create and define a launch plan for each new screening offering
as we move from pilot to scale including defining a customer
journey map and campaigns, website, sales collateral, and
touchpoints
- Own the marketing plan, budget and forecast, and be accountable
for full-funnel measurement, overall, by channel, by campaign, and
by audience segment.
- Create sales enablement materials for enterprise sales
expansion (i.e. pitch decks, case studies, and other educational
materials for our enterprise customers).
- Work closely with our P&L leaders to ensure timely
execution of the marketing strategy for each offering as we move
through stage-gates
- Collaborate with the Research and Development teams to
structure studies & POC solutions that will drive the future
preventative health screenings
- Support our Business Development & Sales team, and collaborate
with Marketing to define compelling messaging & collateral
- Increase the number of qualified leads by designing and
assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, webinars,
LinkedIn presence, etc.
- Manage our Trade Show efforts including collateral and events,
generating meetings with new prospects and strategies to increase
booth traffic
- Build learning agendas, experiment, test and iterate on all
marketing efforts to drive the best strategies forward
- Evangelize products and serve as the subject matter expert for
internal audiences, customers, industry bodies, conferences and
other market facing communications
- Balance short-term tactical needs and long-term strategic
goalKey Experience We're Looking For:
- We are looking for a highly creative, hands-on leader who
thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company environment
- 8+ years experience in product marketing & creation of sales
enablement
- Experience working in B2B companies as well as healthcare
background, with digital health screening (COVID-19, Vaccinations,
Lead, Drug, and Biometric etc.) related experience
- preferred
- Deep experience researching and understanding client and market
requirements for next generation digital health screening to
develop appropriate short- and long-term product roadmaps and
plans
- User centricity: curiosity and desire to understand our users
deeply - using platform data, research and experimentation to drive
greater customer acquisition and employee adoption
- Comfortable leading agencies and external suppliers to execute
initiatives on time, on budget, and to stellar results
- Ability to manage in a matrixed organization and work
collaboratively to create a results-driven, team-oriented
environment
- The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, operates
autonomously and is a team player who is comfortable operating with
minimal oversight
- Ability to manage customers and work with teams in different
locations within the US and in Europe
