This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion.Position ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing high-quality, consistent image content.Work with other studio contributors to ensure completion of daily deliverables.Share creative vision, technical skill and operational support with entire team to accomplish varied photo assignments.Support local and occasional travel shoots for Uline and affiliated assignments.Explore trends and evolve photo ideation for collaboration with design / creative teams.Work with business partners to accomplish creative goals and ensure consistency of Uline vision.Fulfill file-naming and metadata initiatives to fulfill accurate and complete digital asset protocols for all files.Operate and maintain studio equipment, organize photo supplies and maintain storage areas.Provide photo retouching and digital manipulation of images to support post-digital team.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in photography, commercial art, graphics design or related field.4+ years experience in a photography studio or corporate advertising / communications department.Expert knowledge of Capture One, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.BenefitsComplete insurance coverage includes medical, dental, vision and more.401(k) with 5% employer match.Paid holidays and generous paid time off.Tuition Assistance Program that covers professional continuing education.Bonus programs that include annual performance, sales goals and profit sharing.Employee PerksBest-in-class, clean, modern facilities.First-class fitness center with complimentary personal trainers.Over four miles of beautifully maintained walking trails.About UlineUline is North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials.
