RL Communities, a leader in senior residential community management, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. This role is pivotal in providing a safe and appealing environment for our residents, enhancing their vibrant lifestyle through the upkeep of our recreational facilities and residential units. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical acumen, a passion for problem-solving, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment within the community. Perform routine building maintenance tasks including basic carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing repairs. Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency calls. Keep detailed records of inspections, maintenance routines, and repairs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Contribute to the enhancement of facilities and suggest improvements to ensure optimal functionality. Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to make quick decisions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Customer service orientation with good communication skills.
