nationwide. Hoffenmer Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Processing
Supervisor to join our growing team. Due to rapid expansion, this
role will work alongside an existing supervisor to help lead our
processing department. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for
someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing
teams, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer
service. Responsibilities - Supervise daily operations and workflow
within the processing department - Lead, train, coach, and motivate
a team of processing agents - Review and process detailed client
information with accuracy - Respond to customer inquiries and
resolve escalated issues or complaints - Provide clear information
about company services to clients - Maintain accurate records of
customer interactions and team activity - Troubleshoot service
issues and implement solutions - Collaborate with other departments
to improve processes and efficiency - Enforce company policies and
performance standards - Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and
onboarding new team members - Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent required - 3 years
of customer service experience - Previous supervisory or team
leadership experience required - Strong computer skills, including
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a
fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving and organizational
skills - Professional attitude with flexibility and a team-first
mindset Preferred Qualifications - Experience in a high-volume
customer service or processing environment - Proven ability to
manage team performance and meet deadlines - Strong attention to
