Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dedicated
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at an
elementary school serving grades K-8 in Elgin, IL. This contract
role runs from February 5, 2026, through June 19, 2026, with work
hours from 8 am to 3 pm. The position focuses on providing direct
therapy services and supporting students through IEPs, MTSS, and
504 plans. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and
language therapy to students in a K-8 setting Collaborate with
educators and support staff to implement IEPs, MTSS, and 504 plans
Utilize AAC devices to enhance communication for students with
speech and language needs Monitor progress and document outcomes
consistent with school-based practices Qualifications and
Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist License and
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Professional Educator
License (PEL) required Masters degree in a speech-related field
Experience working with AAC devices Prior pediatric or school-based
experience strongly preferred Bilingual Spanish language skills are
