Job Description:

• Perform configuration management including the installation of operating systems, installation of servers, and communications between instances.--
• Work with Database engineers in delivering a fully automated tiered database service that is consumable by both IT and business.--
• Develop and utilize UNIX Shell, python, Ansible, SQL and Jenkins technologies and work through DevOps and Agile Methodologies.
• Mentor and train other team members with automation best practices, technology and solutions Required:
  • At least 5 years of experience in automation and development. Experience with infrastructure automation preferred.
  • Experience with , Ansible and Ansible Tower automation
  • Experience with SQL and Relational Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgress)
  • Experience with Python, Dynatrace, and ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
  • Should be able to work independently or in a team, with the ability to mentor/train other team members in automation best practices, technology and solutions
  • Develop documentation for support and maintenance of automation efforts being developed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and/or five to seven years of experience.
