Job Description:

Requirements:

• BS Degree in Engineering
• 1-3 years post-grad experience with Inventor or SolidWorks (co-op, internship may be considered if it's relevant)
• Person must have experience working on product improvements Additional Preferred Requirements:
• Mechanical Engineering Degree
• Experience working with a variety of materials such as sheet metal, steel tubing, plastics, etc. would be highly beneficial Job Description:
• Candidate will be working mostly on existing products, trying to improve safety and quality
• Design and develop product line improvements for functionality, improved safety/quality, and cost reduction efforts
• Design and develop innovative, new playground components/systems and customize existing products to meet customer design requirements
• Develop, manage, and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets to bring new products from concept to production including hands-on prototype development
• Develop 3D CAD models, product specifications, bills of materials, product costs, shop drawings, installation instructions, and marketing release information for new products
