Manpower Engineering is exclusively partnering with a company that has facilities in the Beaver Dam, WI and West Bend, WI Areas - this position can be based out of either location - that provides consulting, engineering, architectural, surveying and construction management services exclusively to municipal clients on a highly visible and direct hire/permanent Civil Project Engineer position. • This position offers a very strong base salary and yearly bonus, top-notch full-benefits package, and relocation assistance.JOB DESCRIPTION This position will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, advancing the development and production of the global state of the art cutting systems, reducing costs and lead times, and improving their performance, reliability, and manufacturability. Responsibilities:
  • This position is responsible for designing and permitting municipal public works and utilities and assistance with construction contract/project management and administration.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 0-5 years of experience. 5+ is preferred.
    • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design related programs.
    • Experience designing municipal projects. Project permitting is a plus.
    • EIT or PE is a plus.
    • Strategic thinker and group leader who is self-motivated and budget conscious.
    • Possess effective communication, team building, and project management skills.
