DetailsJob Details:You will be responsible for managing and
executing various engineering projects, optimizing plant layouts,
and ensuring manufacturing processes are efficient, cost-effective,
and meet the highest quality standards. This role requires a
hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and an
understanding of industrial engineering
concepts.Responsibilities:1. Develop, implement, and manage
engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are
delivered on time, within budget, and meet the organization's
quality standards.2. Optimize plant layouts to improve workflow,
reduce waste, and maximize efficiency.3. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and
maintenance, to identify opportunities for process improvement.4.
Develop and implement solutions to manufacturing challenges using
engineering methods.5. Conduct root cause analysis for
manufacturing issues to prevent recurrence.6. Develop and maintain
documentation for manufacturing processes, including work
instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating
procedures.7. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and
environmental regulations.8. Provide technical support and training
to manufacturing personnel to improve overall capabilities and
knowledge.9. Continuously monitor and analyze manufacturing
performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement
effective solutions.Qualifications:1. Associate degree or
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a
related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a
manufacturing engineering role with an emphasis in metalworking or
machine trades preferred 3. Proven experience in managing and
executing engineering projects.4. Strong knowledge of manufacturing
processes, plant layouts, and industrial engineering concepts.5.
