Lead/participate in projects to improve processes, reduce downtime, and improve safety
- 3D modeling for the design of plant floor layouts and setup of new machine cells
- Implement new machinery and tooling for production as needed
- Work cross-functionally with Quality and Product Engineering to support new product launches, perform PFMEAs, and address production issues
- Play a key role on APQP team, ensuring feasibility and quality of manufacturing new products
- BS in Engineering or Industrial Technology
-3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, exposure to electronics manufacturing/electrical assembly highly preferred
- Experience leading and/or participating in continuous improvement projects
- Comfortable/familiar in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
