We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead Sales
Engineering, Production Engineering, and Project Management for a
growing fabricated product line. This role bridges customer
requirements, engineering design, and manufacturing execution to
deliver projects on time, on budget, and to specification .
Responsibilities Lead and develop multi-disciplinary engineering
and project teams Support sales with technical solutions, costing,
and proposals while protecting margin and capacity Ensure smooth
transition from order to production-ready designs and documentation
Drive design-for-manufacture, standardization, and continuous
improvement Plan and execute projects from order through delivery,
managing schedule, cost, and risk Partner cross-functionally with
operations, procurement, quality, and logistics Scale engineering
processes and systems to support growth Qualifications Bachelor's
degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or
related) Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams Strong
knowledge of fabrication processes (welding, machining, sheet
metal, assembly) Experience in project-based or make-to-order
manufacturing Preferred ERP/MRP and CAD experience Cost estimation,
value engineering, or margin improvement background Lean or
continuous improvement experience Strong communication skills
across technical and non-technical teams Some key advantages of
