Description As an assembler, you will perform a variety of jobs,
fitting together manufactured and purchased parts into
subassemblies or complete products. These products can be
mechanical, electrical, or a combination of both. Responsibilities:
Able to operate assembly equipment such as rivet machines, assembly
presses, and power tools. Physical ability to do work requires
frequent standing, sitting, and bending, as well as pushing,
pulling,g and lifting to 30lbs. frequently. Read and interpret
engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine
machining operations, dimensions,s and tolerances Qualifications
and Requirements: 1-2 years’ experience in assembly in a
manufacturing environment. Responsible for the quality of the
assemblies produced. Able to operate assembly equipment such as
rivet machines, assembly presses, and power tools. Perform first
piece inspection to ensure overall quality. Ability to read and
understand blueprints, micrometers, and a ruler to produce parts.
