Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Lead and manage the development of new and existing marketing content & tools that will drive web traffic, customer acquisition, and purchase intention. Collaborate with Marketing Campaign Managers, Product Management, and IT teams to plan and execute deliverables needed for marketing campaigns and lead capture & nurturing. Manage, motivate and mentor an in-house team of designers, analysts, specialists, and developers, leveraging the team's strengths through engaging and effective team management. Oversee and manage relationships with key digital agencies and other 3rd parties. Manage Rexnord PMC brand & trademark guidelines, adoption, adherence, and maintenance. Lead initiatives for SEO/SEM, UX/UI, web design & development, web analytics, social media, and global content & e-tool development. Ensure Rexnord PMC data compliance with regulatory & privacy laws. -- This position is based in Milwaukee, WI and reports into the Vice President of Marketing. -- Responsibilities -- -- -- -- Define & implement a digital content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why. Continuous evolvement of the strategy is a must. -- -- -- -- Develop standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing. Establish work flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content. Ensure consistent global experience and implement appropriate localization & translation strategies. -- -- -- -- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print and in-person. This is to be done for all applicable buyer personas. -- -- -- -- Design and implement brand strategy to protect and build equity of Rexnord and acquisition trademarks and trade names -- -- -- -- Manage a team that may include writers, editors, graphic designers, digital designers, developers, analysts, and other agency personnel. Regularly collaborate with Campaign Managers, Field Marketing, and subject matter experts across multiple functions and business groups. -- -- -- -- Provide leadership and support of Customer experience with Rexnord PMC digital assets including web and eCommerce. -- -- -- -- Capture customer feedback & VOC for new breakthrough concepts and continuous improvement -- -- -- -- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through content analysis, and deploying content assets for higher conversion rates. -- -- -- -- Stay current with data privacy laws and regulations globally. Ensure Rexnord PMC remains compliant. -- -- -- -- Success in this position will produce the following: Website and social media traffic growth Lead generation growth and conversion improvement Sales and buying cycle reduction Positive brand recognition and global consistency across chosen published channels An increase in defined customer engagement metrics (measured by users taking the desired action; i.e. conversions, subscription, purchase, etc.). Strategic Mindset - Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies. -- -- Experience and Skill Required -- -- -- -- BS or BA in Business, Marketing or Communications; or technical degree + MBA -- -- -- -- -- 8-12 years experience in the field of digital marketing; subject matter expert in the following: web analytics, segmentation, personalization, marketing automation, lead generation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, lead management -- -- -- -- Proven acumen and understanding of marketing and sales concepts, strategies, and tactics that support lead generation and drive revenue. Includes channel strategy, messaging development in various channels, selling tools, and audience segmentation. -- -- -- -- Experience with creating & executing B2B marketing campaigns that leverage Interactive/Digital /Social Media and Web content -- -- -- -- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, UX design, UI design, interactive design, front-end web development, back-end web development, display advertising and remarketing, web content management systems, CRM, eCommerce and other Marketing automation & technology systems -- -- -- -- Experience with creating & implementing brand and trademark strategies, guideline development, and adherence management -- -- -- -- Project management skills to manage editorial schedules and deadlines with new and ongoing campaigns. An understanding of how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results. -- -- -- -- Track record of leading and inspiring marketing talent to deliver outstanding marketing, content, promotions, and projects. Consistently challenges self and team to deliver industry-leading results.
