Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE or JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Global IT Director, the Cybersecurity & Compliance Manager designs and implements systems, policies, processes and procedures to protect the integrity of the company's networks, applications and data. Maintains, communicates and implement the corporate cybersecurity program, controls and user's awareness training. Responsible for security incident response, IT audit, vulnerability management and risk assessments. This role also participates in software or infrastructure projects providing security advice serving as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity. Define, implement and manage the corporate cybersecurity program including but not limited to vulnerability management, incident response and end user's awareness programs Assist with various compliance projects including project management, issue tracking and general reporting of cybersecurity related project elements Perform or participate in IT risks assessments for on premise, cloud infrastructure or managed service providers Define, write, audit and enforce policies, standards and procedures, partnering with IT peers as well as different areas of the company. Participate and coordinate SOC1, SOC2, and HIPAA audits as applicable. Maintain all security tools and technology. Coordinate with the different IT departments the execution of remediation plans. Elaborate the cybersecurity technology roadmap for the area. Create reports and present security metrics and dashboards. Assist in assessing the security impact of changes to systems or infrastructure. Perform other IT security and compliance related tasks as assigned by management Design technology diagrams during audit processes. Interact with internal organizations to provide effective risk and control advice, maintaining active communication to enhance risk and control awareness and manage expectations. Identify, qualify, support on-boarding, and oversee ongoing management of cybersecurity technology and services firms that are selected to provide value-added security equipment or support services Customer Service (Internal/External) - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments Ethics - Treats people with respect; Keeps commitments; Inspires the trust of others; Works with integrity and ethically; Upholds organizational values. Maintains confidentiality of all payroll, medical, benefit and employee related information. -- -- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical/business field. Qualification: -- -- -- -- Minimum of 3 years of relevant leadership experience in cybersecurity. -- -- -- -- Clear vision to design, implement, communicate and sustain a corporate cybersecurity program. -- -- -- -- Hands-on expertise implementing, managing and monitoring cybersecurity tools. -- -- -- -- Clear understanding and experience establishing a security incident response program. -- -- -- -- Experience defining, writing and auditing corporate cybersecurity policies. -- -- -- -- Experience developing user security awareness programs. -- -- -- -- Ability to detect, asses, decide and engage the appropriate company resources to address cybersecurity related issues. -- -- -- -- Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize and track tasks or dependencies to completion within specified timeline. -- -- -- -- Ability to articulate and present ideas, solutions, training or projects clearly, concisely, and accurately at all levels of the organization. -- -- -- -- Experience with audit and compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, 2007:2017, PCI. Certifications: Any of these a plus: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC or CEH
