• 10+ years of related project management experience, preferably in a large, global organization. Transformational Project exposure
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects of team/SME, developed internal/external relationship, established a cross-team partnership. Experienced in communicating with C-level executives
• Advanced project management skills in complex IS and business environments, including the ability to coordinate multiple teams in various locations and time zones. Proven project management experience managing large-scale, global implementations. Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Passion for leading teams and implementing change.
• Very strong project financial management skills.
  • Proven project management experience, including managing a budget. Experience working at the executive committee level. Proven experience with quality assurance processes.
  • Strong problem solving, decision making, issue analysis, and resolution skills. Highly organized.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with internal clients.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced multicultural global work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities with internal clients.
  • Ability to gather and address both business and technical requirements.
  • Must be highly motivated, self-starter and independent. Key Knowledge:
    • Excellent project financial management skills
    • Experience managing subscription management software implementations to success. (within budget, scope, and schedule)
    • Knowledge of Scrum principles, use cases, sprints, and how to mesh scrum development with waterfall project deliverables when needed
    • Strong contract and SOW management Responsibilities:
      • Owns all aspects of assigned Projects.
      • Work collaboratively to define and resource the right roles to deliver specified goals on assigned projects.
      • Monitors and reports on the overall status of projects.
