Innovative service group with strong international footprint wishes to add Sr. Manager, Finance to spearhead business financial strategy.--The Sr. Manager, Finance is a critical role within our diverse Organization and the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving processes/controls that ensure reported FP&A results align with overall planning and goals of Company.--You will directly contribute to our continued growth and bottom line!Responsibilities Include:* Partner with business areas to develop and drive FP&A operating plans and periodic forecasts worldwide in alignment with overall Company strategies and priorities.* Financial management emphasis on achievement of financial targets, identification of cost efficiencies, timely reporting of all financial deliverables (monthly accounting, budgeting, and forecasting), and implement financial controls; ensures forecasting and reporting appropriately mitigates risk, reflects current trends, regulations, etc.* Design, analyze and deliver financial growth road-map globally, maximizing value against competitive landscape; dashboards - establish recurring local and global dashboards of key financial metrics for Senior Leadership.* Lead Accounting, Auditing, A/P, FP&A, & Treasury activities; Budgeting & Forecasting - Ownership of yearly budget cycle (Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasts) -- Quarterly forecast updates.* Coach Leadership and establish and maintain partnerships with the business areas and serve as a key point of contact for all international finance performance plans; proactively communicate business implications observed from analysis and contribute ideas and solutions to business. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related quantitative field (CPA plus)5+ years of direct business experience with global financial/analytical/consultative focus denoting progressively increasing responsibility and staff management within a rapid-growth environment - prefer candidate that has lived abroad during international responsibilities/role(s) Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills with ability to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses; direct experience in budgeting and forecasting and process development with strong track record of execution in a rapid-growth environmentExcellent cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate results at all levels of organization
