GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
The IT infrastructure Manager will report to the IT Core Operations manager based in France. They will be responsible for leading the US IT infrastructure team, and be expected to manage and participate in various activities related to the maintenance and support of all US IT systems, networks, and devices.

They will work to ensure the availability, continuity and security of IT systems. They will be responsible for keeping documentation up to date, ensuring the appropriate level of maintenance and evolutions of the infrastructure, and the achievement of operational service levels defined with the different business lines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management
Lead, animate, coordinate, and manage an IT team to achieve the set objectives.Distribute the workload, in volume and on schedule, based on workforce and skills forecasts.Develops technical and interpersonal skills through training.Build and manage Infrastructure budget (Infrastructure, software, support, projects, resources, etc.).Establish and monitor agreed upon KPIsAnalyze and propose solutions for continuous improvementShare and communicate corporate communication, communication on IT developments, etc.).
Run
US Responsible for the respect of the ITIL practices of his team and the use of the inherent group tools, in particular Incident & Demand Management, Change Management, Availability Management, Capacity Management, Events Management.Guarantor of stability, documentation and - continuous development of supervision systems.Promotion and control of good security practices, both system and network.Monitoring of daily IT tasks and in particular : validity of viral protection, system updates, availability of infrastructures and applications, accessibility of database data.Consideration of level 2 and 3 incidents or changes escalated by the service center. Manage hardware and software maintenance contracts in their area of responsibility Administration of jobs in the scheduler.Inventory management (Update of the database Asset Management) and backupsTicket analysis, provision of indicators for monitoring committees.Organize information in the event of a disturbed situation, dissemination of the information necessary for the exercise of the profession.Define emergency plans and apply backup plans.
Build
Engages its resources or itself in projects managed by the IT Transformation & industrialization department.Conducts studies for the definition of systems according to needs (new service, tools and / or replacement, increase in version).Writing of functional specifications for the IT tools of its scope.Ensure a technological watch in order to propose technological developments.
Knowing how to be:

EDUCATION:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

EXPERIENCE:
Operation manager experience

KNOWLEDGES:
Customer orientation and group dimensionAnimation of a culture continuous improvement: analysis of indicators, capitalization on incident management, review of documentationSense of responsibility and rigor

LOCALIZATION AND TRAVEL EXPECTED:
This position is located in West-Bend, WI 15% travel required both domestic and international locations.
