Client Services Manager role is a multi-faceted position that
drives high-value, game-changing results and service to our
internal stakeholders. Every day, this position collaborates with
functional group team members across Training, Business
Development, Promo, Retail, Events, Marketing Services, and others.
This individual provides assistance in the project management of
integrated campaigns across multiple platforms.This position
supports all elements of the campaign cycle; including
ideation/strategic direction, kick-off meetings, management of
end-to-end planning, providing regular status updates, KPI
monitoring, metric reporting needs, and assistance in check-in/wrap
up conversations.The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented.
Effectively juggling multiple timelines and resource needs, he/she
can skillfully navigate and motivate cross-functional teams that
service campaigns and provide exceptional customer service to all
stakeholders.Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain close relationships with stakeholders.
- Engage in solutions-based communication with stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings (in-person and virtual) with our internal
stakeholders.
- Provide expertise in ideation/brainstorming for stakeholders'
marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials. Manage
campaign timelines.
- Screen feedback and requests from stakeholders and collaborate
with relevant individuals to provide solutions.
- Manage end-to-end planning, execution and daily communication
for a large volume of marketing projects for a wide variety of
stakeholders (design & copy for: email, PPC, print, web, promo,
recruiting, sales, video, retail, store, photography,
corporate)
- Provide regular updates to the manager, project coordinator,
team leads and stakeholders; identifying milestones and elevating
risks/challenges that may impact campaign delivery.
- Manage sign-off points between stakeholders and marketing
services team to ensure that all deliverables are completed on time
and meet the highest level of quality.
- Monitor campaign performance against customer KPIs to ensure
goals are met; recommending opportunities for campaign
optimizations, as needed.
- Record all stakeholder creative brief information and
interactions in our project management system - Click Up.Required
Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Project Management, or a
related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Proven work experience as a Marketer/Project Manager/Account
Manager; 4+ years in this space. Prior experience in an agency or
collaborative team environment is preferred.
- Ability to make strategic and logical decisions on marketing
deliverables that properly depict our audience and subject
matter.
- Self-motivated, self-starter who takes pride in not just
meeting deadlines, but beating them to a pulp.
- Highly skilled in direct response marketing, retail marketing,
and print.
- Hungry to immerse themselves in proven marketing strategy. Must
be driven by performance, not by what "looks cool".
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Can adapt to changing priorities and embrace new
technologies.
- Strong desire to learn and grow professionally and
personally.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
- Can work independently and collaboratively as part of a
team.
- Basic understanding of firearms, firearm safety and proper
handling a plus; a willingness to learn a must.
