success of the team.ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a qualified
Client Success Manager join our team!The Client Success Manager is
essential to ensure that our clients are deriving value and solving
their business problems with our software. In this role, you will
be responsible for post-sale Customer Success activities including
the management of kick-off calls, coordinating internal teams to
support customer needs and regular follow-ups with accounts. This
role requires working with our customers and their agencies to
ensure our technology is helping them achieve their ecommerce
goals. Someone who has experience working with an Ad Agency would
truly thrive in this role as they understand the language and the
ins-and-outs of the agency world.This is a unique opportunity to

activities.Assume responsibility for a large number of accounts by
being the primary point of contact for our clientsManage a large
number of daily client inquiries, frequently leveraging other
departments (like Product Management, Engineering, Customer
Support) to achieve successful outcomesProactively build
relationships and monitor our client base to identify upsells,
mitigate churn, and manage renewalsUtilize internal, web-based
toolsets to assist in the building of client deliverablesHelp the
team exceed quarterly renewal objectives as we strive to improve
retentionEffectively leverage Salesforce in addition to other
internal systems in order to maximize efficiency and
effectivenessRequirementsGrowing/expanding existing
accounts/relationshipsExposure to digital technologies Emphasis on
web-based techA bachelor's degree along with prior work-related
experience or equivalentStrong communication skills, strategic
thinking, and technical abilitiesUnderstand client needs and
