The right candidate learns fast, is self-motivated, and wants to grow while truly contributing to the success of the team.ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a qualified Client Success Manager join our team!The Client Success Manager is essential to ensure that our clients are deriving value and solving their business problems with our software. In this role, you will be responsible for post-sale Customer Success activities including the management of kick-off calls, coordinating internal teams to support customer needs and regular follow-ups with accounts. This role requires working with our customers and their agencies to ensure our technology is helping them achieve their ecommerce goals.
