This full time role will operate from Saz's State House on 55th and State St. No two days will be the same, but the list below gives an overview of General Manager's primary focus, along with providing unexpectedly, over-the-top amazing service every day.Act in sync with corporate leadership and take an ownership approach to decisions that affect business, service, culture, guest relations and food quality.Make all decisions with SHG brand standards and mission, vision and core values in mind.Engage in local market and community to gauge and improve brand awareness, drive sales growth and meet market demand.Provide leadership and guidance to FOH and BOH teams and leaders; promote a service first' environment.Ensure consistent delivery of products and service consistent with SHG standards of procedure, quality, policy and within budget; proactively address improvement opportunities.Work closely with all management staff and ownership; ensure open lines of communication between FOH and BOH teams.Address quality and presentation of food and beverage at all times.Plan and execute strategies that facilitate the growth and improvement of Saz's State House and the SHG brand.Additional, functional tasks of the General Manager will support and execute these goals, and the evolving priorities of the organization, team and restaurant.Competitive salary of no less than $68,000/year will be based on experience, and bonuses up to $10k/year are available for reaching established monthly targets. Requirements:
