Product Manager - SP25 Parts
REPORTS TO: Director, IS AME Product Sales
DIRECT REPORTS: None
INDIRECT REPORTS: Frontline Sales, CPP Support Team
With our focus on providing a world class customer experience and
sustainable growth, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and
results-driven Product Manager, SP25 Parts, USA, to help us achieve
those goals.
Principal Responsibilities
The Product Manager will work for the Director IS AME Product Sales
and supported by the VP & Head of IS Supply AME US Parts, to
achieve the defined career and business objectives of this role.
The Product Manager will work extensively with CPP (Crane Pro
Parts)
The SP25 Spare Parts Product offering is instrumental to Konecranes
reaching our AME growth targets and is inclusive of the
following:

Reverse Engineering
Made-to-order parts
Component and Assembly Modernization

Warning and / or Protective Devices
The ideal candidate is a proven leader that is creative,
innovative, highly energetic and inspired to build, coach, and
develop a world class customer, sales, and operational
experience.
Detailed Duties
The Product Manager is responsible to provide a whole offering and
develop systematic processes and strategies to create an
exceptional sales, operations, and customer experience.
This leadership position is inclusive of planning, setting detailed
targets, forecasting, funnel management, reporting, project
management, development of sales processes, marketing material,
focused sales training, sales program implementation, product
development, application expertise and lead generation.
Continuous growth for both professional and technical aspects of
the area of responsibility.
Collaborate and be in alignment with Executive Management, Sales,
Operations, Marketing, Engineering, Learning & Development, IT,
Product Management and Supply
Extensive customer engagement in both a virtual and on-site
setting.
The ability to identify customer needs and apply solutions to drive
the growth of our business by providing a complete value-added
customer experience and the continued development of our sales
resources.
Qualifications and Skills
Engineering, Marketing, Product Management degree or equivalent
experience required
Background in Electrical / Mechanical Design / and or Structural
Engineering is beneficial
A history of consistently performing above team quota and being
able to forecast accurately
Demonstrated ability to lead without Authority
Experience utilizing digital tools and software to manage or
support a high performing team
Strong ability in virtual communication and collaboration
Analytical Skills and Strategic thinking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to
reach a resolution and maintain strong relationships
Experience with overhead material handling or industrial processes
desired but not required
Other Requirements
Must have and maintain a good driving record. Must be willing to
travel as required including overnight trips. Travel estimated at
50%.
