Job Description:

Major Responsibilities:Develops and manages digital planning and project management processes. Leads the intake and planning process, workflow management, resource allocation and program delivery based on best practices.Understands the organization's strategic plan and prioritizes the digital work to align with it. Collaborates with leadership to set clear team and individual expectations to accomplish the work.Manages project management resources to responsibly develop project plans including scope, timelines, budget, risk mitigation and resource utilization.Collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and operational alignment of digital executions of marketing programs/campaigns/projects.Oversees digital resource planning activities including contractors and partners to ensure effective utilization and assignment to highest priority work. Provides leadership and vision to all staff assigned to digital projects including internal team members and external partners contracted to complete projects.Champions the planning and project delivery process with the Digital Experience team members and external partners. (i.e. Members of other marketing teams, business stakeholders, agency/vendor partners, leadership, etc.)Oversees the operations of the digital quality assurance discipline including setting of standards and processes, selecting and maintaining testing tools, supporting the regression test automation program, developing acceptance criteria, writing test plans and conducting tests.Understands and tracks digital, planning, project management and quality assurance trends and provides thought leadership on implications and opportunities.Supports continuous improvement of planning, project management and quality assurance methodologies, tools and best practices.Performs human resources responsibilities for staff which include interviewing and selection of new employees, promotions, staff development, performance evaluations, compensation changes, resolution of employee concerns, corrective actions, terminations, and overall employee morale.Develops and recommends operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budget objectives.Responsible for understanding and adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and for ensuring that personal actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations and laws applicable to the organization's business.Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:None Required.Education Required:Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.Experience Required:Typically requires 5 years of experience in planning, project management, business analysis or strategy for digital projects. Includes 1 year of supervisory experience in leading team members.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with planning frameworks and project management principles including traditional and agile project management experience.Demonstrated knowledge of digital channels: websites, mobile, CRM, social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.Understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.Ability to work and function in a complex corporate system environment and be a champion of our digital strategy efforts.Highly effective in intrapersonal communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to work and collaborate across multiple teams, personality types and levels.Able to manage ambiguity - to make smart decisions with limited information. Effective problem solver that consistently maintains composure and confidence in the face of challenges and serves as a unifying force across teams and departments.Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Capable of working independently and managing time effectively in a fast pace, dynamic environment.Ability to recognize issues/risks, escalate as appropriate, identify alternatives and collaborate with leadership on issue resolution and risk mitigation.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar products.Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:Position may require travel which may result in exposure to road and weather hazards.Exposed to normal office environment.Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent.
