      • Lead a team of Baker Tilly and client resources through definition and delivery of transformation projects which may include business process design / evaluation / optimization and/or technology implementations
      • Work directly with Property and Casualty insurance clients
      • Develop, manage, and measure effectiveness of project approach and plans aligned to critical phases of implementation (analyze, design, build, test, deploy) and/or long-term roadmaps which describe delivering large-scale solutions via a series of projects / initiatives
      • Refine the Baker Tilly methodology/approach to defining and implementing strategic roadmaps across a diverse client base, considering the unique nature of the needs of our insurance industry clients
        • Generate and maintain advocacy at the executive level of client organizations through stakeholder buy-in for the implementation project and delivery of roadmap initiatives
        • Enhance the Baker Tilly standards for our Insurance Digital Transformation services from go-to-market activities to delivery methodology execution and team development (inclusive of assessment
        • Act as a liaison between our Baker Tilly Digital team and our insurance industry team members to identify, develop, and deliver forward thinking digitally-focused solutions
        • Act as a thought leader within Baker Tilly and to the insurance industry marketplace identifying key trends, challenges, and solutions for our clients, as well as digital transformation strategy and implementation tactics within the insurance industry
        • Establish relationships and opportunities for new business through personal channels, internal / client relationship building, business development and leveraging the power of the Baker Tilly platform
          • Lead or strategize the day-to-day activities needed, and creatively think through the vision of how to deliver and execute projects, including delegation to project team and client roles
          • Manage engagement teams, working to ensure resources are allocated effectively, and addressing issues or risks proactively to minimize impact
          • Develop, manage, and be able to communicate short and long term client road-maps which describe delivering large-scale solutions via a series of project with a well-defined business cases
          • Invest in your professional development individually and through participation in firm wide learning and development programs
          • Support the growth and development of team members and clients through the Baker Tilly Value Architect model, helping associates meet their professional goals

              Successful Candidates will have:
              • Leadership presence that connects relationships, authentically blends personal and interpersonal skills, the ability to lead and influence both internally and with client leadership
              • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, advanced degree preferred
              • Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience in the insurance industry (Property and casualty); previous consulting experience preferred
                • Experienced in large scale consulting, hands on client delivery, and leading teams in roadmap development and execution for transformational programs of work
                • Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects
                • Ability to translate transformation strategy to individual, interdependent initiatives and tactical activities necessary to deliver intended value
                • Demonstrate confidence engaging executives and management while developing trusted relationships with clients.
                • Demonstrate consistent exceptional writing and presentation development skills. Prepare and present first-class engagement deliverables that are well written, concise and professional-looking, with purpose and the appropriate level of detail
                  • Ability to proactively develop others in a manner that motivates and leads to growth
                  • Flexibility to travel as needed and occasionally work outside of core business hours for client engagements
                  • Demonstrated success in the ability to meet business development demands equivalent to goals established for a Manager
