Director of Nursing - Full TimeJob Summary: The Director of
Nursing is a registered professional nurse who has the
administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for
planning, organizing, developing implementing and evaluating the
nursing department serving the residents throughout our Menomonee
Falls campus. The Director of Nursing ensures that Nursing services
provided are based on a rehabilitative/restorative framework and
demonstrate a commitment to the mission, philosophy, goals and
objectives of the LindenGrove Communities and ensures all nursing
staff comply with state and federal regulations.Generous benefits

in Nursing, current license to practice in the State of
WisconsinExperience:Experience: 3 to 5 years - experience in
nursing management for a nursing home or related health care
facility. Has acquired comprehensive knowledge of the nursing
process and how it relates to resident in rehabilitative and/or
geriatric settings. Able to communicate well verbally and in
writing.Must have the ability to understand, interpret to staff,
and comply with geriatric and restorative nursing principles and
knowledge of State and Federal regulations/guidelines affecting
long term care, including OBRA.Demonstrated effectiveness with
customer relations and board communicationsQualifications:To
