JOB DESCRIPTIONThis position is responsible for creating and
maintaining exceptional customer relationships that exude service
excellence! This is a FT position working from 7:30 am to 4 pm.
This is a salaried position. Compensation will vary with experience

a smile on their face. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provides expert answers
to questions about part lead time, sales history and any other
customer questions pertaining to their account. Must be able to
solve customer problems and find best possible solutions
independently Applies knowledge of the company's products and
services to efficiently process customer orders and respond to
inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner. Help customers
navigate various reports. Builds and maintains quality relations
with assigned customers and increases the volume of sales on a
consistent basis through ongoing determination of customer
requirements. Becoming an expert for assigned accounts and
understanding each customer's needs to provide real, effective
solutions and deliver service excellence is a must! Contacts
customers via telephone or email correspondence as frequently as
necessary to meet and surpass goals for the company. This includes
consistent follow up as well as performing quarterly customer check
ins. Maintains, updates, and organizes files on all assigned
customers electronically. Analyzes customer accounts and promptly
makes corrections and/or modifications to ensure on time delivery.
Able to provide customers with information on all of the programs
we offer and take initiative to see the process through Contacts
customers to obtain missing information or data to ensure an
accurate customer database. Manages Excess Inventory for assigned
accounts Traces and expedites orders to ensure customer
satisfaction. Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status
questions. Performs other related duties as assigned.
SPECIFICATIONS RequiredUndergraduate degree in Accounting,
Engineering, Business, Finance, IT, or relatedExpertise in
Microsoft Access and Excel Core value alignment: Teamwork,
Dedication, Passion, Quality, & Reputation and a passion for
Celebrating Excellence Effective oral and written communication
skills An aptitude for Math and Technical terminology Ability to
read, interpret, follow and enforce safety rules, operating
instructions, and general policies Preferred ERP/Software
Experience: Global Shop Solutions ERP experience Ability to read
blueprints/technical and manufacturing drawings Bilingual in
Spanish Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree (A. A. / A. S.)
along with two min related experience and/or training Preferred
Prior manufacturing experience ERP/Software Experience: Global Shop
