In this role, you'll set a strategy for how we interact with key accounts. We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who brings both proven and creative techniques to our team to drive significant revenue growth through retention, expansion, and nurturing new accounts. Please note: this position can be based out of either our Milwaukee, WI or Somerville, MA office.
The Job:

• Grow a team of top key account management talent, and actively contribute to their professional growth
  
• Lead a team of top performers to maintain and consistently upsell and close on enterprise accounts
  
• Thrive in a cross functional environment and secure strong relationships across Formlabs and with our customers
  
  You:
  
  • 
    
  • You are an expert in customer facing communication
    
  • Have hands on experience selling a technically complex product, ideally in the hardware space
    
  • Are comfortable selling to strategic customers and into key accounts
    
  • Hold your team members accountable to KPIs that drive the business
    
  • Coaching and mentorship is second nature to you -
    
  • Have an analytical mindset and leverage data across all interactions
    
    Bonus Skills (Optional): -
    
    • 
      
    • Experience selling with modern sales enablement tools (Outreach, Drift, HubSpot, LinkedIn)
      
    • Strong command over reporting tools like Salesforce and Excel
      
    • Industry specific experience in 3D printing, additive manufacturing, or related fields
