Saz's CateringDescription:The Training Manager will identify needs within Saz's Hospitality Group and design, plan and implement training programs, policies and procedures to fulfill those needs. You'll work closely with Department Managers and HR. This is a hands-on position, starting at $56,000. While there will be time in the office, most will be spent in the field at events, actively coaching and mentoring our team to provide outstanding guest service, customer experience and hospitality.With an eye to the solution rather than the challenge, we are endlessly flexible in making our vision a reality, no matter the circumstances.
