Engineering Manager Overhead Cranes & Hoists . Engineering Manager Supervisor Project Engineer Field Service Branch Management Overhead Cranes & Hoists _ Lead team of engineering, field installation and maintenance, and customer service professionals specialising in Automated Heavy Duty Overhead Lifting involving Overhead Bridges, Jibs, Gantries, Trolleys, Tracks, Hoists, Cranes, Multi-Axis Robots, Crane Lighting, Control Systems Engineering, Design, Modernization, Integration, Fabrication, Intallation, Maintenance, etc Develop close working relationships with key customer technical contacts, ensuring business opportunities are recognized and responded to at an early stage Attend on-site and off-site customer meetings for scoping, reporting, and supporting ongoing projects Coordinate engineering activities: planning, scheduling, design supervision, fabrication, testing, etc Determine project requirements including integration designs and cost through collaboration with customers and engineering teams Direct remote field service branch operations Hire, coach, motivate, and manage technical staff Support Design Team to create conceptual designs for new advanced products and configurations based on customer requirements using 3D CAD, verify design integrity using FEA and other modeling tools, and ensure accurate transfer to fabrication and manufacturing drawings and documentation Foster continuous improvement by engaging in training and implementing initiatives Administer department inventories, resources and equipment SYSTEMS INFORMATION .
