The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SEC reporting, including 10-k, 10-q, MD&A, XBRL, footnote disclosures, 11-K, and 8-k. A CPA certification is preferred, and experience with SAP and Oracle Hyperion is required. The candidate should also have previous public accounting experience and be knowledgeable in Technical Accounting. The role will require coordination with external auditors and SOX compliance.Responsibilities:Prepare and oversee the preparation of all SEC filings, including 10-k, 10-q, MD&A, XBRL, footnote disclosures, 11-K, and 8-k.Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP accounting standards.Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and reviews.Manage the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.Oversee the preparation of internal financial reports and variance analysis.Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations.Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and manage the internal control environment.Provide technical accounting guidance to the accounting team and other departments as needed.Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.CPA certification preferred.3+ years of experience in SEC reporting, including 10-k, 10-q, MD&A, XBRL, footnote disclosures, 11-K, and 8-k.Experience with SAP and Oracle Hyperion required.Previous public accounting experience preferred.Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting standards and SEC regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented and organized.Interested in hearing more?
