The Headlines :
In the role of Director Commercial Project Management working in
Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the SC Capabilities Leadership
Team. You will provide strategic direction and leadership to the
Project Management Team. The Director Commercial Project Management
is accountable for the PMO to brilliantly execute all Commercial
and Supply Chain projects using prescribed project management
methodology, governance, standards, tools, and processes for North
America. You will also be accountable to ensure delivery of
solutions meeting defined scope within budget per established
timelines.
This position reports to Sr. Dir. Supply Chain Capabilities.
The Responsibilities:
- Most importantly, you will lead a team of approximate 20
talented supply chain or project management professionals including
four direct reports, and support their growth and development
through coaching, career discussions and consistent one on one
conversations.
- You will partner with key stakeholders in commercial (VP
Innovations, Brand or Sales leads, and others) to ensure project
requests are in alignment with company strategy. You will work
closely with Sr. SC Business Partners, VP Beverage, Innovation and
Quality, and other SC functional teams leaders to remove any
barriers to the execution of projects in time, in budget and in
scope to meet key program deliverables.
- You will manage and prioritize portfolio requests to ensure key
projects are properly resourced for all assigned areas of the
business: core business, innovations, and transformational efforts
for North America.
- Ensures all projects follow the appropriate stage gate
deliverables and governance that will allow for brilliant
execution.
- Support Dir. Integrated Business Planing and Sr. Portfolio
Manager with any required information in support of the START stage
gate, Capital or IBP processes. The Other Qualifications:

- You have a Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, business
or related discipline OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the
field.
- You have at least 10 years experience in project and program
management or in supply chain in CPG.
- Change management and agile execution experience is a
plus.
- PMP Certification, Agile, Scrum Master, Change Mgmt
Certificate.
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and
adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.

outcome.
