Title: Sr. IT Project Manager ( Oracle CPQ )Location: Fully RemoteDuration: 6+ month ContractCompensation: 70-75/hr W2Description:* Previous experience working on global website migrations and working experience with Oracle CPQ* Looking for a dynamic senior resource who can be a strong communicator and "go getter" to drive the execution of projects.* Experience leading complex enterprise, global multi-million dollar projects and strong executive presence.* PMP highly desired, other Scrum/Agile certifications also a plus.* Lead high-performing, self-directed team members through the project planning process: identify work items, estimates, dependencies, and assignments.* Demonstrated experience with efficient and effective project kickoff and planning methods to create an accurate project plan and risk management plan.* Leadership skills with ability to effectively engage and collaborate with a high-powered team.* Manage Stakeholders from Product Management, Strategic Marketing, and Program Management to glean key strategies and requirements while maintaining focus on deliverables.* Collaborate with other Project Managers, Program Managers, and Functional Managers to coordinate efforts and define and leverage best practices.* Prior experience with both Agile (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and Traditional project management and development lifecycle techniques.* Manage teams spread across multiple, physical locations.Responsibilities:* Ability to work with multiple suppliers* Ability to work with multiple off shore teams* Would like for them to understand how to manage and track finances, balance the books, forecast* Good with presenting to upper management* Ability to follow a standard PMO process; documents, phase gates, monthly finance cadence* Know when to escalated and when it is just a project issue* Ability to work with different time zones; sometimes weird hours, sometimes longer hours* Ability to communicate to demanding business owners* Ability to understand IT architecture and figure out who needs to do what.* Good with tracking three to four projects at one timeAbout INSPYR Solutions:As a leading information technology partner, we connect top IT talent with our clients to provide innovative business solutions through our IT Staffing, Professional Services, and Infrastructure Solutions divisions.
