• Generous Bonus planJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing plant. As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the plant, ensuring that production runs smoothly, and meeting production targets. You will be working with a team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering quality products to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment for all employees.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Ensure that the plant meets all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Manage the production schedule to meet customer demands.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Manage plant budgets and ensure that costs are kept within budget.
  • Develop and implement LEAN manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
  • Train and develop employees to meet the needs of the business.
  • Implement and maintain 5S principles to ensure a clean and organized workplace.
  • Implement and maintain Sigma six lean technologies to improve processes.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in a plant management or similar role.
    • Some knowledge of metal stamping and/or metals preferred.
    • Experience with continuous improvement processes.
    • Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles.
    • Experience with 5S and Sigma six lean technologies.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
