Saz's CateringSince 1976, Saz's State House has been providing
neighborly service with a classic menu, timely specials, and fun
events. The State House continues to be the Flagship of Saz's
Hospitality Group, retaining its classic charm while bringing new
flavors and fun to the community that has embraced Saz's. Our
location in Milwaukee (just steps from East Tosa), is minutes from
American Family Field and a quick drive to downtown. We are a busy
restaurant and bar, with an event space for private parties. This
is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with amazing kitchen

- Operate BOH at Saz's State House with an ownership-minded
approach
- Collaborate with State House GM and AGM and SHG Executive
Chef
- Foster a BOH culture that adheres to the mission, vision, and
core values of SHG
- Build and lead BOH team to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization in BOH
- Continually seek ways to improve profitability, quality, and

- High school diploma required; 3+ years KM experience
preferred
- Basic mathematical skills
- High energy with creative mindset, excellent organization, and
time management
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for service and
guest satisfaction
- Current ServSafe Manager certification / credentials
- Understanding of Metric System
- Stand, twist, reach, bend, walk for up to 12 hours
- Exposure to temperature extremes, wet/slippery surfaces
- Lift 50 lbs. to chest level; 30 lbs. overhead
- Verbal and written communication in English
- Operate computer to access internet, various software
programsThis is a salary, exempt position with base of $55K - $60K
and bonus potential of $5K. We offer a robust benefits package to
