place for you. -Responsibilities: -Provide tax compliance and
advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships for a
variety of clientsWork as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping
to provide industry knowledge and experiencesOversee a portfolio of
clients of varying size and scope and act as the point of contact
for internal and external clientsManage teams of tax professionals
and assistants working on client projectsAdvise clients and be
accountable for delivering high quality tax service and
adviceParticipate in and contribute to market and business
activities external to the firmResearch and consult on various tax
matters, primarily in Sub-chapter K-Partnership taxation; utilize
tax-related software to prepare and process returns and research
tax mattersRespond to inquiries from the IRS and other tax
authoritiesMaintain active communication with clients to manage
expectations, ensure deadlines are met, and enhance client
relationshipsManage risk and financial performance of engagements
including billing, collections, and project budgetsTeam with other
professionals to identify new marketplace opportunities and grow
the complex fund tax practiceQualifications:Minimum 10+ years of
recent pass-through and partnership tax experience in an accounting
firm, corporation, and/or law firmBachelor's degree in accounting
or related fieldLicensed CPA, JD/LLMPrior experience with
pass-through entities and partnershipsExperience managing multiple
client engagements and client service teams and managing timely
deliverablesExcellent analytical, technical, and tax
accounting/technology skills, partnership returns, joint venture
and non-corporate entity tax returns and understanding of
Sub-chapter K partnership taxation, is requiredExceptional client
service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to
develop and maintain outstanding client relationshipsExperience
mentoring and counseling staff level team membersPrior experience
working with financial services and/or real estate clients, a

-Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each
candidate's unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay
range for this position is: $120,000 to $230,000. Compensation
within the range is determined by a variety of factors including,
but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience,
training, licensure and certifications, business needs and
applicable employment laws.Individuals may be eligible for an
annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and
based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to,
individual and Firm performance.Wipfli cares about our associates
