Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Professional Services Public
Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a technical team of Consultants/Architects for
Zscaler solution deployment and support
Recruit, onboard, and develop the Public Sector Professional
Services team while maintaining a positive work environment
Ensure operational excellence and collaboration across internal
departments to meet customer goals
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in technical roles such as Solutions
Architect or Professional Services Consultant
Experience managing remote or geographically-dispersed teams
Prior experience working with US Federal Government, SLED, or
Healthcare customers
2+ years of experience in management positions within Professional
Services or related fields
Industry certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or CISSP are
preferred
